Let's make this clear in one sentence, No mobile can match DSLR right now in picture quality but this difference only matters when you see the pictures on your laptop or any other screen offline. Yes, you can see this difference only offline because most of the sharing sites lower down the picture quality. I clicked this picture from my previous budget smartphone (moto G3)and you can see that when i post it on the Instagram, it will behave like a good resolution photo.
